Memorial Service for Martin Haberman
Martin’s memorial will be held on Sunday, January 15th at Goodman-Bensman Whitefish Bay Funeral Home, 4750 N. Santa Monica Blvd. Visitation begins at 11AM with a service scheduled at 1PM. Memorial contributions in Martin's name may be made to: The Haberman Educational Foundation, 4018 Martinshire Dr., Houston, TX 77025. -

MTEC Mourns Martin Haberman
Dr. Martin Haberman, primary founder of the Milwaukee Teacher Education Center (MTEC), died January 1, 2012. His passion for and dedication to our children, particularly our country's most under served children, was unwavering. The community of educators nationwide has lost a tower of a man. The MTEC Board and staff are deeply saddened by his passing and re-commit ourselves to carrying on his legacy by being tenacious, relentless advocates for our children. A celebration of Martin's life is being planned and will be announced shortly.
