- Conduct intial needs-assessment conferences.
- Conduct pre-observation and post-observation conferences.
- Provide written observation feedback to teachers.
- Use formative assessment tools effectively in coaching process.
- Develop and present interactive workshops.
- Conduct end-of-services evaluation.
- Allocate time and resources effectively.
