MTEC is looking for an Executive Director who has a proven “leadership for learning” track record, is a relentless and tenacious advocate for children, and is a visionary, connector, collaborator, communicator, and an innovator. The successful candidate will be financially savvy, politically astute, views diversity as “value-added” and is conversant with the field of learning technologies. In addition, this person will possess the ability to expand MTEC’s sphere of influence and have demonstrated success in marketing, fund development, and the utilization of social media.
