Costs & Financial Aid
The costs of the MTEC teacher certification program include tuition fees. The cost changes from year to year but is comparable to the cost of a graduate program at a public university. Financial aid is available to qualified candidates. For additional financial aid options contact your school financial aid office.
MTEC AmeriCorps is a program that allows students to complete service learning projects concurrently with teaching. Upon satisfactory completion of the project, AmeriCorps students receive a stipend of up to $4,975 that can applied toward tuition costs. All teacher certification students are eligible to participate in the AmeriCorps program.
